算入帳金額 - 證照

題目是 以帳面價值800,000 之進口汽車 交換 公平價值600,000之國產汽車

並收到現金300,000則國產汽車之入帳金額為若干?



算式 80萬*(1-10萬/30萬）＝53,333



請問為什麼除以30萬呢 出售比例分母不是應該是換出資產之公平市價60萬？
