但是根據手邊常春藤升大學用的狄克遜成語(賴世雄著) P59頁
to hang up (to put down the phone)
當hang up作不及物動詞用法(之後省略the phone)，就等於"put down the phone"

很顯然的，答案應該要是(B)put down才對，
如果選(A)題目要是Dad told Mary to ______ in five minutes...... 才對


我查了試題的更正答案，沒有這題的更正，難道這題沒有爭議嗎?
