大家好，想聽聽大家意見...
我35歲，在零售通路擔任商品開發 （merchandiser)有將近10年的經驗，1-6年為採購專員，主要負責庫存相關，7-10年副理主要在做新品開發。
去年年中離職到海外遊學，回台灣後，因想跳脫舒適圈，沒有找零售或是通路的相關工作，現在在一家生技公司擔任資深採購專員，不到三個月。
想要不同的產業經驗，增加自己未來的職涯的選擇性，卻又覺得放棄過去零售經驗有點可惜，現在的採購工作內容和之前相似度極低，而我工作時我所運用的採購及議價的經驗，現任主管不滿意，她都覺得自己請到了一個新人....
我已經為最壞結果做準備，大家會建議我回去零售業嗎？還是繼續找新工作，挑戰新的職場？
