如下圖所示,一圓管噴射水流以流速 100 m/s 和流量 1 m3/s 衝擊一以速度 40 m/s 後退
之葉片,求葉片所承受的作用力及產生的功率。(水之密度 ρ w = 1000 kg/m 3 )

王立宏老師的課本參考解答M-E是使用噴射水流的V(100m/s)直接代進去

但是他課本前面剛好有一題也是類似的問題
卻是用相對速度代Vr進去

依照老師上課的說明 本題應該也是使用相對速度(Vr = 60m/s )
請問這邊是老師寫錯了還是我哪裡理解錯了?
