Financial Advisory focusing on Asia New Economy Start-ups (Series Pre-A to
Pre-IPO stage Centric )
Based in Taipei
[KEY RESPONSITIES]
# Development of various types of financial models to value equity for
mergers/acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. And perform various
valuation methods: Comparable Multiples and DCF.
# Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of
clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations and
pitchbooks.
# Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand
the business.
#Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live
transactions. Create presentations for client portfolios.
#Assist in executing the transaction (SPA/SHA negotiation, coordinate
with 3rd party DD advisors and counsels)
[RELEVANT SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE]
# Two or more years of experience in a finance or business background
# Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal
supervision.
# Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals.
# Strong communication and networking skills.
# Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with
frequent priority changes.
# Cross-border transaction experienced
[OTHER PREFERENCE]
# Japanese N1, CFA,CPA is a plus
# Double major of law is a plus
[Career Cultivation]
# Access to multiple tier 1 Asian Start-ups, particularly in New
Economies such as Traveltech, Big Data, Blockchain and Fintech, etc.
# Learn the market practice of capital markets as well as Investment
Banking practice before IPO phase.
[SALARY]
50K~80K per month and with upside potentials/transaction bonus
