當初Lancaster就一直是我候補名單
一個是因為學校真的太偏遠
另一個原因是因為當初接觸的校友 真的太詭異
當天面試內容不外乎就是
Why MBA
Why Lancaster
What's your expectation that LBS can gives you
How your peers describe you
Why you think you are the right fit
What's your plan after graduated from MBA
What's your strength and weakness
不過比較特別的就是
他知道我是HP employee 就有問我
How do you think of HP's market strategy
我的回答就是我覺得HP不夠創新 所以失去很多Market opportunity
but we try to improve and seperated our company as two
A smaller company is more easier to do inovation than a bigger one.
他就點點頭
然後講到以後想要成為的人 然後覺得自己為什麼可以
這又連回我的strength了
當他問我any questions 時
我的做法永遠都是先提出我覺得學校好的地方 (why this school)
但是我也有聽說這間學校很偏遠 所以HR很少去做 recruiting
教授回答的是他們已經試著improve and this already fixed.
They set up an support team in L.D
（這個部分聽今年畢業的學生說 他們現在會在最後一個月把整批學生送去倫敦
幫助學生找到工作）
然後我隔天就收到offer
GAMT需要600+ 或是寫一篇Pre MBA essay (2000 words)
另外他們還給我high potential schloarship 8000 pounds
實在是誠意十足！
