心得:

申請MBA是條漫長的道路，從進入社會時的懵懂無知到了解自己需的是什麼，
轉眼間五年就過去。Self-awareness是我覺得申請過程中最重要的部份。在search學校
跟所有申請開始前，必須要徹底了解自己以及要透過MBA得到什麼，對於後面
why mba, career goal以及種種essay問題才會有一致性的方向。
很慶幸可以遇到顧問David Lee (airturtle23)，針對興趣,性格,專業,能力不停討論
挖掘下，找出challenge-oriented的個性，搭配工作經驗投射出post-MBA的
career goal。這對於self-awareness, passion, frustration, introduce yourself,
goal等類型的essay都有很大的幫助。MBA的申請過程與錄取後，會認識很多diverse背景
的人，多元化的課程可能反而讓自己迷失，所以了解要的是什麼在職涯上更顯重要。

除外，也許resume相對於essay可能會被忽略，但個人覺得resume是非常重要的東西。
這部份跟顧問花了超過一個月的時間，改了不下數十次。Resume字字珠璣，只要改變
寫法就可以把原本看似平常的經驗變成world class的等級(即便不是world class, 也
要是台灣最佳或者業界最佳)。要了解競爭的對手來自世界各地，沒有世界級的經驗
，很難跟別人競爭。還有不要妄自菲薄，每個人都有unique的地方，這些都要在resume中
展現出來。

每年各種mba tour，很多學校會在tour之前，請有興趣的申請者把resume
寄出，如果你在八月前搞定resume，就有機會提前面試給對方好的impression。
而且我後來遇到兩次跟Adcom都是blind interview，好的resume才讓對方馬上暸解你
solid的經驗。

Interview 經驗分享 (Ross, Fisher)
Ross 非常注重teamwork，Interview時很注重這點。題目如下:
* Why mba? Why now? Career Goal?
* How do your friends describe you?
* What's your role in a team?
* What's your biggest (proudest) accomplishment and how's your team's
performance in it?
* Give you 20 people, how do you pick up your teammates? (Do NOT pick up by
skills)
* How's your transition from one work to another?
* What's the difference of atmosphere in these companies?
* What's your contribution to Ross?
* Any questions?

Fisher 是Adcom 直接到台灣面試。
Fisher是直接請你寄resume過去,審查後會約面試(那時候連申請都還沒丟)
除了幾個基本該問的，列幾個比較不同的
* what's your passion? Why did you choose these jobs?
* you seems to like to take challenges? (他看activities 的時候問的)
* how to solve team conflicts?
* tell me about your company
* economy is not good in US, how do you see yourself finding jobs in US, the
chances?

面試建議將walk through resume練熟，然後各題目加以活用，記得多記幾個teamwork跟
Leadership的例子。
