P EXAM繳費方式 - 考試

小弟爬了一下文

目前知道說SOA考試繳費方式是用信用卡

但可以用中信VISA卡繳費

不過想請教一下郵政VISA卡是否可以??

因為輸入之後一直跑出

Credit Card authorization failed due to Declined. Check the credit card
number and transaction information to make sure they were entered correctly.
If this does not resolve the problem, have the customer call the credit card
issuer to resolve.

是因為無法用郵政VISA卡??
