本人正打算申請三個vee的認證，
修習課程都是舊制的vee
SOA網上一篇題目為 timing for candidates seeking to attain an ASA or CERA prior
to July1,2018裡面，
有一個表格對應每個科目的通過跟認證deadline
其中 vee candidate credit application 的deadline 是 April 27,2018
但是在ASA and CERA curriculum changes transition rule 裡面針對vee transition
說 在取得學分時間（earned date）和申請時間（claimed date）之間沒有時間限制
Econmics:
all currently approved courses will continue to be approved
Accounting and finance:
corporate finance earned prior to july1 2019 may claim at any time and conver
t it to accounting and finance credit
Applied statistics: credits earn prior to july1 2018 may be claimed at any tim
e and convert it to VEE mathematical statistics and SRM exam credit
因為我沒有要在2018七月前成為ASA ，只是想把之前考過的前兩科及三個vee學分全部轉
到新制而已。
請問各位是不是就不用一定要4月27前認證了？
