used to 的用法 - 考試

前言：used to 用於過去式的習慣，其後接V(R)原形動詞。

例句：

I'm the boss. I'm not used to being told what to do.

疑問：

use to 不是用於過去式習慣嗎？為什麼上述例句會是現在式？

而且used to其後怎麼接動名詞呢？

小弟的想法：

used to 表主動的習慣時，其後接V(R)原形動詞；

use to 表被動的習慣時，其後接Ving動名詞。

這樣邏輯是否正確呢？麻煩不吝嗇指導，謝謝！
