1.A business should finance a take over of another company with debts
because this is good for the profitability of the company.

一個企業必須融資放款給另一個併購的公司,原因是這是有益於公司的收益?

2.The preparation and use of a budget is a time consuming exercise and
should therefore be eliminated.
預算的準備與使用,這過程是耗時的動作,且必須排除?

3. A manager should always invest more money in working capital because
this is a good investment.
一個管理者必須常常投資更多的資金在工作資金上,因為這是一個好的投資?
