我是個17快滿18歲的女生(現在沒有念書跟工作只有假日打工上有關電腦課程)每天的生活習慣就是懶==早上幾乎不吃(因為沒食慾外加長睡過頭)中午幾乎也很少吃了..只有晚餐才會大吃特吃(尤其吃炸的最多...)每天就是吃飽睡睡飽吃不常運動常玩電腦也經常熬夜根本都不想管自己的健康問題..........後來才發現這個嚴重的問題也開始去重視甚至開始上網查飲食健康等問題但我還是有很多問題都想問才只好自己找知識問...我是個幾乎都沒啥食慾的人而且很會挑
