今天第一次碰上申論題，剛讀完第一題之後要背下來以後，身體突然莫名其妙的緊張起來
，一直想尿尿，然後一直逃離桌子，整個人就被不想碰書，以前都是一直看選擇題，請問
怎麼會這樣?
但是讀申論題以後整個人都變得比較專注，而且不會想東想西，可是就是有非常大的排斥
感，請問大大如何克服?謝謝。
