剛剛過25歲生日,決定要認真養身過生活!!!
除了養成固定運動習慣,多吃青菜水果,盡量12點前睡覺
目前還想說弄些補品來補補身體
以前看室友在MC來後喝四物,但他只喝一天
當時有點怪,那種東西不是要長期喝嗎?喝一天就夠了嗎?
我想請問一個人在外面該怎麼準備四物?
直接去中藥行買,然後用電鍋蒸就OK了嗎?
份量/頻率呢?真的只要喝一天就好了嗎?
