我在網上搜尋相關資訊但不知道是關鍵字有誤還是沒有人遇過相關問題
第一次遇到這種情況 想詢問大家 還懇請各位小力的鞭QQ
我是個工讀生 照勞基法規定中秋節當日出勤應該會有雙薪
但今天發薪水發現金額好像怪怪的
詢問之下才知道那天是沒有雙薪的
老闆說有發中秋節禮金了（也才$300）所以沒有雙薪
我那天工作了8小時 怎麼算都是雙薪才划得來啊！
想請問這樣是符合規定的嗎 ！？
