本人針對第30題已申請試題疑義請各位幫忙看看:

內容:
根據Robbins管理學第七版P291提到
克服有效人際溝通障礙其中第三點為主動傾聽
又根據東華出版社許士軍老師管理學第十三版P380所論述:
根據心理學家及心理治療研究與經驗,學者(Newman,Summer,and Warren,1972,530-532)
對於這種傾聽的技術,歸納出若干指導原則:其中
第三點 必要時候,將對方所說的,予以提要重述,已表示你在注意聽,也鼓勵對方繼續說
下去。不過語調要儘量保持客觀和中立,以免影響或導引說的方向。
第六點 遇到某一點,你確實想多知道一些的時候,不妨重複對方所說的要點,鼓勵他做
進一步的解釋或澄清。
綜合以上所述,選項四重複說明應該屬於克服人際溝通障礙的可行方法之一。
