想請問一下,領班經常以排程很滿、事情很趕等理由不準予特休,現已屆年底了,特休還有一半沒休完,雖說沒休完可以換成$$,但是以底薪計算並非全薪根本划不來,剛有爬了一下文,得到的答案都是如此:依勞基法的規定:勞工特休休假日期由勞資協調定之。但根本就是資方掌握生殺大權,哪來的��
