人事行政舊資料能否繼續用? - 考試

難怪突然有人寄信給我
行政學、心理學基本上架構應該沒有變很多
我想最多再加上一些新的學說或發現吧
行政法工作上不常用到
刑法我那時候唸書的時候剛好大修完
不過這三年不確定民、刑法、行政法有沒有再大修(應該沒有吧)
考銓退休法有改，考績法還沒過
其他重大法律好像沒動
至於各國的話
老實說我那時候唸書的時候就覺得郭老師很多的資料都是舊的
常常考卷上會看到完全沒看過的題目內容
例如制度已經大變革可是書上沒有之類的
所以不要說現在
我那時候的筆記我也沒把握資料是正確的 XD
最近幾年有沒有update我就不知道了

對了關於筆記
我完全是照我的想法去做的
就是把課本上的東西用自己的話翻譯一遍
每個人的思考方式不一樣
寫出來的東西也會不一樣
所以如果有時間的話還是建議自己做自己的版本會比較容易記憶喔
如果想要參考的我也很願意分享給大家
直接在這篇文章推文告訴我mail也行
我會不定期上去看
不過畢竟是三四年前的東西了
我覺得價值沒那麼大了 ^^
