原po這個還好啦，我前公司是個兩三百人的知名老傳產，有一次經理要幫幾個老員工加薪，我跟現場主管弄一堆資料，還自己分析員工過去工作數據，然後經理寫一份完整報告幫忙想加薪理由，以上都提交出去才成功加薪。
結果下個月發薪日，其中一個老員工就跑去找股長：「啊你們之前弄那些報告弄那麼久，加薪只加28塊是怎樣，還不如不加，28塊看了多生氣的(臺語)。」
所以，有300塊已經很多了啦，加薪只加兩位數你敢信？(攤手
