德國法律對於勞工可以說相當有保障,比方說特休,加班費,
以及額外獎金等,看了都會令人眼紅,還有就是他們講究的是工作效率,
而非高工時,他們也知道工時長,效率降低,公司的效益說不定還不增反減呢,
常常時間一到公司就會催促員工趕快下班去.
他們的員工下班後或是放假,常常就是運動騎腳踏車,要不就是去戶外走走,
欣賞藝術等,我表妹在漢堡遊學過,她說漢堡的民眾晚上常常出去夜騎,
或是去聽音樂表演會等,工作時認真工作,休閒時也認真休閒,徹底放鬆,
而不會像很多台灣人被高工時,低工資威脅,就連放假也感受不到開心的表情,
似乎還是被工作與生活壓力羈絆著.
