最近在準備信託，有2個疑惑。想請問一下，
1.關於受託人的資格部分，(東展書第48頁)
{依法不得讓受特定財產之人不得為該財產之受託人}
^^^^ ^^^^
究竟，受特定財產之人可不可以為該財產之受託人?
2.關於受益人之權利，聲請撤銷受託人所為處分的部份(東展書第43頁)
(相對人明知或因重大過失不知受託人之處分係違反信託本旨者，受益人始得行使撤銷權)
^^^^
這裡的相對人，指的是委託人嗎?
