題目大概是
甲為已登記地A地所有權人,並將A地出租予乙,且乙在承租後在A地上建有房屋一棟
之後甲並未通知乙而將該A地出售給丙,而丙在之後又賣給善意的丁(皆已完成登記)。
想請問這個情況下
因為乙可以依土地法104條主張優先購買權
所以原本甲跟丙訂立的買賣契約不得對抗乙
那這樣子,乙還能主張因契約無效而有機會優先購買A地嗎?
1.假如可以的話,善意的丁可以主張什麼權利?
2.假如不行的話,表示丁已善意受讓,
所以無法塗銷該所有權,那這樣下乙可以主張什麼權利呢?

大致上是想要問當有物權效力的優先購買權與善意受讓在一起時
會發生什麼樣的情況,又該怎麼處理
雖然實例上可能不太會發生這種事啦...
