本人在百貨公司資訊工作
之前寫程式兼打打雜
還會跑跑賣場處理櫃上pos或刷卡機問題
職務調整後現在是整天寫程式坐著到下班...
身體就開始出毛病 腰酸背痛 肩膀僵硬
之前長期姿勢不良 又出現坐骨神經問題
當然我有運動 但健身為主
但還是覺得全身硬梆梆 血液循環太差
還有柔軟度太糟糕
現在睡覺深夜會背痛 起床後不會
搞的我每天睡不好 也停掉健身
搞的現在比以前更虛...
我覺的是開始久坐後就讓我的健康往下滑
各位如何克服這問題....
