小弟年方30 目前遇到轉換跑道的問題 非常煩惱
以下兩個工作
1. 目前工作，外商，年薪160up，但非常操，非常忙，假日時常也精神緊繃。
屬於公司新事業部，東西沒做起來隨時會砍人。
除了害怕被Fire的焦慮感外，工作的loading、scope、困難度常常感覺大到無法負擔
2. 想跳槽的公司，台廠，年薪<100，正常上下班，公司獲利穩定，
網路上的評價為 養老公司
請問大家會選擇跳槽嗎? 小弟個人非常想登出第一間 ....
