要年底了
我也聽過很多公司要求要把特休用完
我待的此公司不例外
但是本篇的主旨不是這個
我是屬於特休都有在慢慢休掉的員工
所以剩2天而已
這個月預計去東部走走會直接休掉
公司上級指示凡是你還有特休
不管你要幹嘛一律要先請特休
(生病發燒或是私事)
包含你確診要在家隔離14天
也必須先將特休休掉
換句話說
菜鳥才七天特休
一確診特休就沒了XD
在你沒特休用光後,有私事處理
(特休可能用在生病或私事)
只能請事假(扣全薪跟扣比較多分)
這個情況到最後就會變成
如果你特休用完後都真的沒有生病
但是有私事(請事假)
你今年就永遠請不到病假(扣半薪跟扣比較少分)
總結下來
1.不想發你特休的錢
2不想發你病假半薪的錢
3.沒特休了是你的事乖乖請事假可以扣你一整天的錢加扣你分,可能順便扣你獎金或分紅
4.公司怕你剩一堆特休然後又請很多病假,兩種錢都要給
想請問這樣有也嚴重違法
噢此公司在苗栗國
有一次颱風天居住地放假公司地沒放,乖乖待在家,結果也被強迫請特休呢!
