問題一如標題,三天前老闆請我自己寫辭職信,若不寫,只會發底薪,其餘加班費及績效獎金皆不發放,是否可申訴?(業務上無過失)問題二想請問若國定假日應放未放,如此次清明連假,應休4天,卻只休禮拜天清明節,且無加班費,是否違法?另外,228及51勞動節視為平常上班日只能擇一休假,是合法的嗎?問題三上班時間為每個禮拜一至六早上九點至下午六點半,無午休時間,若需加班,加班時間由7點整算起,卻不一定有提供晚餐也完全不提供員工自
