幾乎每個公司的紅人或是老闆的親信群
都會組成所謂的核心人員Line群組
不管是老闆要處理掉誰? 要逼退誰? 或是出國去哪裡...
幾乎都必須要這些群組的人處理或是知道
有以下幾個問題:
1.進入核心人員群組大概都要成員同意或是幾個人同意?
2.老闆選定還是核心人員審定要逼退的人?
3.進去都需要忠誠度測驗嗎?
4.加入核心人員群組,是否代表可以待到公司倒為止?
5.核心群組會不會內鬥? 還是表面河蟹居多?
6.看到甚麼情況算是核心人員走偏,無法矯正予以開除?
