如標題:1.我是做PCB外包的員工近日因為板量大減所以公司採取17280基本底薪的政策打算逼有經濟壓力的員工自動離職,但又不肯把排休日確定下來,讓有壓力的員工去兼差打工,上班工時又不固定,有板子時叫你上12小時,沒板時叫你上4小時或8小時,請問公司這種作法是合法的嗎?(此作法未與勞方協商過或開會也未有任何公告)2.請問如果公司叫我提前下班我不要或原本上班任意叫我休假(已休超過排定的8天)我仍然去上班公司是否仍要付我薪資。3.什麼��
