不知道能不能發在這版
小弟有個疑問
是不是很多廠商都會在下單(出貨)後幾天又打來議價?
聽到最常見的理由就是"該簽名人員只是工程人員,無法決定@#$%#%^#%!..."
問題來了,正常有點制度的公司東西購買流程不應該是:
送採購申請→審核後確認購買→找廠商→詢價議價→請主管or會計簽名確認→簽回下單
既然是經過審核,為什麼又常常用這種理由來事後議價,那這樣簽名有什麼意義?
小弟目前的職位屬於低階,也無法對這種事做什麼決定
跟業務提他們好像又見怪不怪,習以為常的感覺...不然就是報高價,留空間之後給人砍
想請問這種事在職場上算是正常的生態嗎? 還是能有什麼辦法能改善這種情況?
