這次雖然考試人數比較去年暴增很多，但以我目前得知的分數保守估計，應該無後顧之憂
以下分數取自兩間補習班解答，擇一低分做為依據(有可能再更高分)
憲法:92
法緒:90
行政法:96
國文選擇:18
英文:一條C龍，預計20分
以上總分:316
(此外刑法為拿手科目，估計60分以上；作文寫3.5面，估計25以上，公文約6分以上)
(綜上，總分低標約為407，平均約67.83)
準備時間約6個月(全職)
個人認為只有刑法比較需要老師帶，其他的三法可以全靠考古題配合查法條的習慣解決
我自己就是個很懶得翻書的人，看我的書就知道，整本都白色乾乾淨淨的
我是利用線上測驗加上與國考群組考生互相討論及記錄問題配合查法條的習慣取得高分
警察考試真的不難，難的是自己缺乏信心，又沒有良好的念書習慣
我所謂的念書習慣並不是你要拼死拼活的廢寢忘食每天念10小時以上
我自己也是邊念書邊滑手機看FB、聊LINE、偶爾打LOL散心
平均每天認真做題目的時間也僅有4-6小時左右吧!吃飯時也是配著影集看
若你是第一次準備國考，不仿從法緒開始著手瞭解基本法律概念
再來開始狂做考古題，約近6-7年的題目，至少重複做2-3次，起碼也有幾萬題
過程中記錄下自己反覆錯誤的題目，配合查法條做個小記錄，錯1次、5次、10次都沒關係
反覆做、反覆錯，一直做到他印在你的腦海裡，所以真正的高手並不是他懂得比別人多
而是把簡單的事情重複做到最好。
刑法大家最頭痛的一科，我自己是多看時事題，思考案例中的行為人所犯何罪
當然最基本的也是要把近6-7年的考古題全部做過，一開始一定很難下筆
我第一次著手寫題目，光一題四等的題目，我前前後後就寫了約1個小時
建議可以買解題書把各個犯罪構成要件的論述公式記起來，配合反覆練習
可以修正成自己認為較通順的寫法，但也不能偏離應論述的重點項目
然後全國法規資料庫以及手機APP法源法典是絕對必備的，再來就是針對實務見解著墨
可以上司法院判決書查詢系統，利用關鍵字查詢，可以看看法官是如何論述一個人的犯罪
以及各種實務獨有的見解，畢竟考試寫題也是以實務為主軸來論述。
