想賺大錢一種是走偏門 這就不談了 大家都知道 另一種是社會上所謂的正途 先佔職場位子 以主管位階壓員工 自己不用做事 不然就展現能力 也就是創業 那就可以想見的到 為什麼台灣中小企業這樣多了 當然這也不是壞事 像德國也是如此 不過它們職業訓練比台灣紮實 台灣只是用壓榨勞工來換取經濟成長力罷了 不過( ...

個人認為，如果你一直要在外面勞工市場工作 不管到了什麼年齡，都要一直學習。 盡量去學比較困難的知識跟技能。 保持自己的職場競爭力。 不然有天中年失業 或者遇到慣老闆被吃死死的 你哪裡都不能去，也沒有其他選擇。 最後只能一直被壓搾，領低薪。 到時後悔都來不及。 給你參考看看 - ...
