也許標題還說得委婉些,現在的狀況是有點詭異
現在公司的一位前輩搭擋,我是他的助理兼下屬,負責處理並協助他的漏洞
這位前輩認為,我發出去的郵件都是我在鬧場,然後導致他被罵
可是,絕大多數的狀況卻是,他跟上級的意見有衝突或是他搞不清楚狀況
於是他看到我附件給他的信之後,會立刻衝過來破口大罵
用那種,""是我搞不清楚狀況""的說法,吼到全辦公室都聽得到的音量
然後一股腦的把問題都推到我身上...
如果單方面聽他的說法,會變成是我搞不清楚狀況
但卻有九成的mail,是他搞不清楚狀況
主管也多次暗示我,是我點出問題點,是前輩搞不清楚狀況
(但也僅止於暗示而已,因為主管也不願糾正這位前輩,是他搞不清楚狀況)
而我每天要花上一個小時,甚至兩個小時的時間
去跟這位前輩溝通,我得先忍受他那扭曲事實的批評,然後再跟他解釋狀況
現在狀況是,前輩要我發郵件前都要先給他確認過
他會直接把認為會讓他被罵或是擔責任的東西都刪掉,甚至直接更改字句...
有些時候大概除了開頭的你好,跟結尾的謝謝都被刪光的狀況
於是看起來好像前輩被罵的次數變少了...
但是大概過了兩三天,就會突然出現累積無數小錯的大錯一次爆發出來
除了跟這位前輩一起被罵外,我還另外多了一個沒有盡到助理的責任被罵的理由
今天這位前輩還問我說,你是不是對我帶你的方式感到很不滿?
老實說我當下真得很想說是...,但是我也知道我說了之後,大概不會好過到哪去...
我可以問說請問我該怎麼辦嗎...?
