剛剛上班遇到了冏事 - 職場

我目前在一家公司擔任總機，要幫公司同仁訂便當，
通常都是訂到１０：３０止 我就會打電話跟店家訂，
請他們十一點半送到公司，每天九點我都會打去店家問今天有沒有營業
但是今天想說這家店配合一段時間今天應該有開，
就在我統計好人數，算好錢，打電話過去的時候
便當店老闆說今天沒辦法幫我們送！因為他們接到大單
我一聽 直冒冷汗 同事都很忙 很難找人 沒辦法一個一個問說要改吃哪家
好煩壓 超級無敵冏的
不知道板上的前輩們都是怎麼解決的呢
