今天剛到新公司任職..
秘書小姐就拿了資料要我填..
除了基本資料外...還有一張保證書
主要是要求在職期間如有故意或過失毀壞公物及各種設備
電腦資和軟體違反公司規章..
破壞公司商譽形象及競業之規定和業務上保密之責任或其他不法行為等事情
本連帶保證人必完全連帶付全額賠償公司所有一切損失
並對因此造成第三人之身心財物引起任何損失之連帶完全賠償責任
無異議.並放棄先訴抗辯權.恐口無憑.特立此保證書
除了要我自己簽名蓋章之外...
還要我父母一定要簽名="=
請問一般公司都會要求簽保證書嗎?
