加班與薪資的常態 - 加班

小妹前年國立商科畢,在這間公司待一年多了。
月薪扣完勞健保剩約29。
薪資問題不大(雖還是看到有人國立商科畢就32的) ,重點是--加班。
每天至少加一小時,每個月有一半要加兩小時,三分之一要加到快三小時。沒加班費。
不時還要支援別部門的東西,
假日不加班偶爾會被損。(一個月還是會加至少一天)
且沒有所謂教育訓練。
請問,想加薪且早點下班是我太強求了? 還是這其實已經偏離業界常態了?
想了解常態再做生涯規劃,請版大們不吝分享,感激不盡~
