在這淒風苦雨的深夜時刻
我想問問大家的意見
我看著我前輩真的是很努力在做事
只是他不敢嘗試新的工作
然而我的主管覺得他雖然努力，但是就是畫地自限，貢獻度非常有限，因此給的成績也就是中等而已（公司視實力為第一）
導致他更於消沈覺得不受重用
那大家覺得看法是？
