勞工以勞基法第14條第1項第6款的雇主違反勞工法令為由終止勞動契約
請問勞工要如何提起呢?
口頭提出 雇主一定不同意
直接不去上班 到時又會以連續曠工被解雇
目前想到的是存證信函,但這樣領取的公司物品要如何歸還或交接呢
另外,請問 公司未依法給予加班屬於「雇主違反勞工法令」嗎
