因公司無預警職務調動且調動後明顯違反調動五大原則第二及第三條.針對薪資高薪低報也有疑慮有至勞保局詢問尚未正式檢舉(問過的都說有)搞得烏煙瘴氣也不想繼續待在公司了查過法令可依勞基法第14條之六終止勞動契約.目前已調動仍在職已至勞工局申請調解.約1周後.不想撕破臉因此尚未檢舉請求(工作年資11年)非志願離職單.資遣費.預告工資.補足漏報之勞退金.特休無休工資及1月薪資請問還有可以求常的嗎?小孩剛出生...事發時間為1月4日因有30天除�
