因本人在統一企業7-11公司當早班人員由於犯下一個錯就是因為貪念出現拿走了客人未取走的悠遊卡佔為己有使用..然而客人跑去打電話客訴卡不見..這件事就爆發被查到我占為己有當場被解雇..我知道我有錯在先被解雇是應該的而我還把卡還了也道歉了..也就悠遊卡事件也告一段落..反倒我跟雇主..有了爭議因雇主說我有損店面形象..也害他被7-11扣績效他將要扣除我在7-1115天上班薪水來抵績效..其他她要墊請問這樣有違反勞資爭議嗎?他言語帶點威脅好像��
