勞資糾紛(高薪低報+超時加班+惡劣逼迫離職) - 工作

我們公司目前狀況如下:電子產業有淡旺季之分,旺季時超時加班!淡季時無薪休假!薪資部份有關超時部分以借支名義給付(無填寫任何借支證明)於正常薪資轉帳後另行轉帳,全勤伙食交通津貼四個月領取一次亦無明細!請問:1.超時加班雖無具體的傷害但是電子業就是靠加班費過生活,倘若不配合之後公司就要求不需任何加班逼迫員工生活無法維持自行離職.(可否針對超時部份提起申訴?)2.淡季時公司要求員工輪休不給付薪資(休假時數過多倒扣底薪)能否要求員�
