又是加班問題 - 加班

大家好 最近JOB板的板標都在宣導兩周上班時數超過84小時就算加班
目前待的公司是沒有打卡 正常上班時間是八小時
可是通常都會晚2小時左右走 有時候會更晚
還有其他同事待到更晚才下班
無論再晚下班 都沒有加班費
(前公司也沒有加班費 但是照時數申請補休 而且都休得到)
想請問這樣子公司有算違反勞基法嗎 因為沒有打卡 該怎麼證明呢 謝謝!!
