勞退新制"強迫"雇主每月都要提撥勞退金6%至勞退帳戶中
而員工可自行選擇額外再提1~6%的資金進勞退帳戶
也就是若員工自願,最高一個月有12%的薪資會被提撥
但員工若無額外要求提撥,那一個月就是雇主提6%而已
你們公司說是強制提存6%,很有可能是指法令本來就要求公司需提撥的部份
只是公司的作法並非額外提6%,而是這筆錢直接從薪水內扣
如果是這樣,只要扣完的最低底薪比最低工資高,那你也沒啥好說的
不過這種公司連小錢都不願出,勸你還是換家公司較實在
