【工作職缺】
行政助理與客服人員

【工作內容】
-Meet regularly with students and update student data on online trackers
Review and edit student work in english
-Translate materials from Mandarin to English
-Assist students in filling out application portals
-Assist student with enhancing their resumes and activities lists
-Research university requirements and timelines
-Inform students and parents of suggested timelines, including application, registration, competition, and activity deadlines
-Research and compile suitable extracurricular activities based on student profile
-Communicate with student, parents, and external mentors about student progress
-Introduce PANO’s programs to prospective students and parents
-Keep PANO team and all relevant parties informed of student progress
Assist in external events, such as presentations, school visits, and seminars

【徵求條件】
Excellent command of the English language
Fluency in Mandarin (speak, read, write)
Passion in working with adolescents and helping them develop their interests
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in education
Excellence in writing and public speaking


【工作地點】
台北市大安區忠孝東路4段 (忠孝敦化捷運站旁)

【工作時間】
