台北楊梅通勤或租房 - 職場

各位版上的前輩好 :)
小妹目前30y
目前租了間小套房在永和(房租約8.5k)
公司在行天宮附近，平日搭乘捷運單程通勤時間約35分鐘(交通費約1.5k)，
月薪資約40k(年薪約600k上下)，
因近期剛新婚(先生新家在楊梅)，且租約即將在3月下旬到期，
在思考究竟要楊梅-台北通勤，還是要繼續過著台北租房的生活?
若要論居住品質楊梅較好些，且每月也可省下租房支出，
但光搭乘火車轉捷運單趟就要1.5小時；
而如果在台北租房，目前考慮找公司附近的套房，
環境好一些的房間費用約12k，但通勤時間可大幅減少，大概10-15分鐘，
不曉得版上前輩有何建議可供指教?
