台灣 MBA 同學受訪實錄 - MBA 新趨勢 - 工管

另外，這篇文章也點出了一個有趣的趨勢，
那就是，所謂的M7名校，對於大部分的台灣申請者而言，
不外乎是一個進入McKinsey或者Goldman Sachs
如此頂級 blue-chip firms 的一個跳板，

可是事實上，卻有超過三分之二的Harvard Business School 一年級學生
有志於暑假在一家startup實習。

在Cathy這個暑假所就職的 fin-tech startup 裡面，
七個MBA interns分別來自Harvard, Wharton, Booth 以及 Stanford。
按照文章的說法，頂尖商學院學生捨 MBB 及高盛
而求 startups說明了他們對於景氣的信心以及心態上的轉變，

Increasingly, this generation wants to see meaningful impact in their
early careers. They want quicker access to the c-suite. They want to
learn in new and uncomfortable settings. They want to be part of something
bigger than themselves. And a small, early-stage startup can appease
all of those desires. But above all, they want to absorb as much as
they can about every aspect of running a business, often in the
hopes of someday doing their own startups.
