台灣基本工資 真的太低嗎？

昨（26）日香港將基本工資時薪由28港元調升至30港元（約合新台幣113.8元），相對
我調高後時薪109元，兩者差距不到4.4％；然而，香港人均所得約27,000美元、台灣約
20,500美元，兩者差逾30％，以此對照，台灣基本工資並不算太低。
韓國法定基本工資以時薪計，推算每月最低工資不得低於新台幣27,256元，此數值雖比
台灣還高，但從生活成本而言，台灣基本工資應尚屬合理。
在台灣生活，所花費的費用絕對是香港、韓國的二分之一，甚至是三分之一。就以韓國
為例，在台灣星巴克的中杯拿鐵是105元，在韓國，小杯拿鐵就要台幣120元，小杯的量約
為中杯的40％。
韓國是以時薪計，今年韓國最低時薪定為4,580韓元，（1元新台幣=37.85韓元）是新台
幣121元，月薪是按每週工作40小時計，每月約95.722萬韓元，若每週工作44小時則為
103.508萬韓元。
就工作時數來看，台灣是每兩周84小時，每月工作時數至少是比韓國少45小時，如此算
來，台灣的基本工資有比韓國便宜嗎？
台灣勞工如果每月加班45小時，以每月增加的加班費，再來與韓國相比較，並不會太便
宜。
雖然說數字會說話，但也要有客觀的事實為佐證，否則，不只是誤導，更是誤判。
