這個月剛開始進入鞋廠當業務助理。
因為以前都是做補教業,對業務助理這塊算是非常陌生。我知道轉換跑道總是需要一些適應期,我也想努力撐過那段不適應的階段。
帶我的老鳥,對我是百般不耐煩。我有問題問他時,總是會用很差的語氣叫我“不要煩她”。所以我就坐在位置上,努力想要找尋答案。但沒多久又會說我被動,要人家叫才會做事情。(但我根本不熟悉業務,她也叫我不要煩她)又或者,有些事情我們兩的邏輯不同,所以造成我們誤會對方的意思,之後我都會有禮貌的再詢問她是否我做的是正確的,她都會用一種“你說呢?”的眼神看我,並說,「我講幾次了?」讓我是倍感挫折。
今天因為一些e-Mail分類的方式我們有一些比較激烈的討論,她問我是不是她講話有問題,不然我怎麼都聽不懂。我笑著跟他講說每個人邏輯上或思考面向都不太一樣,所以我才會常常誤解你的意思。她就冷冷的回了一句:「全公司都知道我講話很直,如果你真的不適應你可以趕快滾。」
我第一次因為工作這麼想哭,不是因為工作很難,而是同事之間的相處更讓人覺得無力。
