什麼時候按表操課變成一種缺點了......=.=
一間正常的公司本來就是各司其職
少數高層用創意解決問題,讓公司發展更好
而基層員工按照公司標準做事,確保工作執行完成
你知道以工作嚴謹聞名的德國人是怎麼做事的嗎?
假設操作某儀器有5步驟好了
德國人一定是按照sop執行1→2→3→4→5
而聰明的台灣人如本篇樓主,就開始思考怎樣更快更好
結果可能變成1→2→4→5再快一點甚至1→5
對啦,可能很快沒錯,可是你怎能確定你所做的都對呢?
就算要縮短流程也是專業人士(工程師.高層主管...等)的工作,
怎麼會要求大部分同仁自己搞(美其名是創意有進取心)?
我反而希望台灣人能夠按表操課多一點
畢竟有嚴謹的工作態度才是德國人在工藝技術上領先他國的原因
