什麼叫"用人" ?
企業主/主管在用人前 應該先審視自己的團隊/公司
先清楚掌握目前內部有多少單位、人數、工作內容、能力...等
然後我現在要找幾個人? 找他們進來要幹嘛?
我是要找新鮮人還是三年或五年或十年經驗的人
又根據企業內部現有的資源/制度
以及新人能力與經驗的不同 規劃好培育的計畫
定期審視進度 與新員工溝通
這才叫培育"人才"好嗎?
什麼一個禮拜 兩個月 ZZZZZZZ 台灣不是最愛用"三個月試用期"嗎?
真的很諷刺 鄉民平常該該叫低薪 勞委會是資委會
但我覺得大部分的人當了主管也是慣老闆拉
台灣阿 需要的是"人手" 不是"人才"
出門前把腦袋放在家 帶手腳出門就好
