下禮拜二下午就要考背負40公斤沙包跑40公尺了 現在很緊張
想說這種拚瞬間爆發力的測驗項目 慢跑沒什麼助益
所以只有每天三組啞鈴鍛鍊上臂肌肉 再加上拿著啞鈴起立蹲下練腿力
但是這輩子沒扛過3.40公斤的物體奔跑 真的很緊張
雖然剩沒幾天了 還是想問一下大家是怎麼鍛鍊的呢
好緊張喔
